1. Warranty Coverage

electricprovelo offers a limited warranty on all electric bikes purchased from our store. This warranty covers:

  • Frame: 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Motor & Electrical Components: 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Battery: 6-month limited warranty (performance may degrade over time, normal wear excluded).

Note: Wear-and-tear items such as tires, brake pads, and grips are not covered.

2. Warranty Conditions

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
